Medical disclaimer
The content on this website, including articles in the Journal, descriptions of programmes, and any other material, is provided for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified practitioner. Reading this website, submitting a consultation request, or messaging us does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a consultation has been scheduled and conducted and Dr. Sharon Samuel or an associated practitioner has accepted you as a patient.
Ayurvedic and integrative approaches complement but do not replace emergency medicine or the advice of your existing doctors. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. Do not stop prescribed medication without consulting the practitioner who prescribed it.
Consultations and bookings
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to schedule a time, and an appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you. Consultations are available in person at our Bengaluru centre and online, strictly by appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Fees, where applicable, are communicated before the consultation.
Online consultations
Online consultations are conducted in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines applicable in India. They are suitable for many situations but have inherent limits: some conditions cannot be assessed remotely, and the practitioner may require an in-person examination before advising or continuing treatment. The practitioner decides, in their professional judgement, whether an online consultation is appropriate for your situation.
Your responsibilities
When you submit information through this website, you agree to provide details that are accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge, and to use the site lawfully. Please do not submit information about another person without their consent, except as a parent or guardian arranging care for a minor.

Testimonials on this website reflect individual experiences shared with their consent. Outcomes vary from person to person, and no testimonial is a promise or guarantee of results.
